Most orders will be shipped within 48 hours. If we have to backorder an item, we will notify you by E-mail and ask if you wish the in-stock items to be shipped or held until the backordered items are available.

All orders being delivered outside the Memphis area will be shipped by Priority Mail or UPS-Ground unless otherwise requested. Next Business Day, Second Business Day, or Third-Business Day Delivery (excluding Saturdays) is also available. If your order is to be delivered inside our Memphis Delivery Area, it will be delivered by our own Delivery Drivers the same day it is ordered or the next day (excluding Sundays), depending upon when we receive the order.
