Decade Optical Systems, Inc. (DOS, Inc.) was founded in 1990 in Albuquerque, NM. We are a privately held company and qualify as a small business under the Small Business Act. For the fourth year in a row, we have ranked in the "New Mexico Flying Forty," which recognizes the fastest growing high-tech businesses in the state.
DOS, Inc. together with its two divisions, Armstrong Laser Technology (ALT) and Decade Products (DPI), covers the end-to-end process from design to production of advanced high-power laser diode arrays, entire solid-state laser systems, and state-of-the-art components and subsystems. DOS, Inc. also offers lensing and testing services on a contract basis to the laser industry.
DOS, Inc. operates a field office in the Washington DC area. The Washington DC office maintains up-to-date contact with New Mexico, Pennsylvania, California, and Arizona congressional delegations.
