We are based near Sheffield in the UK. The nucleus of the band has been together, and gigging regularly, for over 10 years.
Originally known as the Non-Stop Walter Band (v. long story), the band evolved and changed its name to do cover versions of ZZ Top material under the guise of Buzztop
Storm Bringer came about after we found out we all had a passion about some Deep Purple songs we’d been messing about with at rehearsals. Armed with boundless enthusiasm, we invested heavily in rehearsal time, throat lozenges, and new PA equipment and lights to do justice to the songs. And the rest, as they say, is history.....
