- The development of STRAAM’s technology began in the late 1970s with the forced vibration studies of a number of full-scale structures, including buildings and dams. Since those early tests, STRAAM’s engineering staff has developed algorithms that allow the rapid evaluation of a structure’s integrity through the analysis of a simple, specific set of data.
