The Pilot
Captain Paul A. Pyfrom, a Bahamian born in Nassau in 1965, has had a passion for flying since 1985 when he began his aviation training in Canada. In 1987 he joined American Flyers in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and it was at this time he acquired his Multi-Engine Commercial License with Instrument Rating. A short while later he acquired the U.S. Airline Transport License. In 1992 he had fun adding a Seaplane License to his list of qualifications and in 1996 Paul spent much time in preparation for passing his British Performance A and General Tech Exams which then qualified him to join our National Airline, Bahamasair. He has been through many Flight Safety Training programmes and continues to refresh his skills.
