techruler.com was started by several graduate students from Bloomsburg University's Instructional Technology Program who had an idea. This idea gave people a place to share their computer and troubleshooting tips.
techruler.com has grown to include software reviews, downloads, and windows tips. Many people have contributed to this free site and we are still looking for more. Since graduation the webmasters have jobs, so the site takes longer to update and send responses, but we are still updating it daily. We are also looking for new ideas and contributors. Please let us know if you would like to help us out.
