Telcore was founded in 1995 by Connie and Charles Douglas, both highly respected, seasoned veterans of the Telecommunications industry. Their intent was to offset the loss of knowledge and experience that the industry was experiencing as a result of early retirement and down-sizing incentives. Telcore provides the knowledge base for corporations to leverage while maintaining a thin, cost effective profile.
Telcore is comprised of consultants that have extensive experience in the technical and managerial sectors of the Telecommunications industry. These experts represent every facet involved in providing telephone services including Customer Services, Circuit Provisioning, Circuit Design, Facility and Equipment Assignment, Order Control and Tracking, Trouble Reporting and Management, Network Engineering and Management, Local Loop Networks, Network Planning, Switching, Billing, and Quality Control.
Telcore's new technology experience in SONET, ISDN, ATM, Frame Relay etc., together with its knowledge of legacy environments provides a broad base for developing customer-focused solutions that meet business needs in a timely manner. Telcore resources represent past employees of Regional Bell Operating Company (RBOC) and major Independent Telephone Companies in the U.S. Telcore offers contract to hire incentives to provide clients with long term resource needs.
