The Clarity Method was established by Victoria and Natasha Charles with the aim of promoting good parenting Skills following a few simple rules. Victoria Charles Graduated with B.A.Hons in psychology and spent fourteen years working with people with learning disabilities and their families. After becoming particularly interested in Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder it became more and more obvious to her that difficulties parents undergo with their children are not confined to those as extreme as ADHD but extend to many 'normal' families too. Most parents have times when they find bringing up children exhausting, frustrating and confusing and would like help. Victoria and her daughter Natasha established The Clarity Method to meet this need.
Most people don’t feel their situation warrants seeking help through the conventional channels such as family therapy just to get children to do what they’re told. The Clarity Method removes the frustration and confusion, when finding all child behaviours can be grouped together and resolved very simply.
