The Pulse is a non-profit, volunteer-driven community initiative with the goal of expanding and supporting the arts, entertainment, cultural and creative scenes in Prince George. The Pulse aims to distribute complete, accurate and up-to-date listings in print and via e-mail every two weeks, as well as on the web.
Publisher Shawn Petriw is pleased to initiate The Pulse. His love of and involvement in the arts are well known in the community of Prince George. Shawn has taken part in many past musical theatre productions including West Side Story, Cabaret, Oklahoma, Peter Pan, Chicago and many Nutcracker productions over the years. Shawn immerses himself in these productions both onstage and off. As well as performing, Shawn also supplies much of the promotion for these produtions in the form of posters, print and radio advertising,
