The JO has been providing public transportaion services to much of Johnson County, downtown Kansas City, Missouri, and Kansas City, Kansas since 1980. We normally operate 5 days a week with most routes running in the early morning and late afternoon. We have over 100 drivers who drive approximately 100 coaches, cutaway vans and smaller vehicles. Our vehicles travel approximately 8,300 miles every day. We also provide community service routes such as the Chiefs Express and other like services. Through The JO - Special Edition, we provide curb-to-curb service for disabled, elderly and low income residents of Johnson County.
