Your host, Tim Hauserman has been a resident of North Lake Tahoe since 1960. He has been an active hiking and mountain biking guide since 1994. Tim leads both hikes and mountain bike trips for the Sierra Club, Tahoe Trips and Trails, a private excursion company, and the Tahoe Rim Trail. Tim is a member of the Board of Directors of the Tahoe Rim Trail, a 150 mile trail around Lake Tahoe. He has been on all the hikes and rides mentioned in this site numerous times.
While outdoor activity is a passion, Tim’s career is selling real estate. He is consistenly one of the most productive agents on the North Shore of the lake because he understands the area, and is excited about sharing it with others.
