Anthony Lojac rode out of Boston in October 1971, on a Honda 450 he bought from a friend, and that he barely knew how to ride. But after two winters in Boston, he knew he couldn't endure one more. And there was no reason to go back to New York. He knew where he belonged. So he headed to Los Angeles with a green canvas backpack stuffed full of his own poetry, mixed nuts, whole-wheat bread, and honey in a squeezable plastic bear.
Back in the USA, he first spent a few years sailing his beloved sloop Mystic Too in Hawaii. Then after driving all over the mainland in a new VW camper, he settled down to write in the lush solitude of the Pacific Northwest. He published Transformation Mother in 1999, and returned to Los Angeles with his family in the summer of 2000.
He studied art and computer applications at Santa Monica College and the Academy of Entertainment Technology. Currently, he continues to write and paint.
