Teesdale Trencherman is a small family run business that is proud to supply some of the best quality local and international products.
The business operates from a small village on the outskirts of Barnard Castle a typical Teesdale market town, positioned close to the Pennines and the area of outstanding natural beauty. The business was originally formed in the 1980's by Mr Johnny Cooke-Hurle who quickly developed a reputation for interesting and original food. Now run by Arthur and Sue Ellwood, who are committed to maintaining the high level of personal customer service and quality of produce.
We have introduced new and exciting lines including a number of local Teesdale producers who we know personally and can highly recommend their goods. We feel strongly about our local area and try to promote its many features whenever possible.
