T-REX: Transportation Resource Exchange Center Home Page
Description
The T-REX mission is straightforward in its simplicity: creating a single point source where users can find the answers to the complex issues surrounding radioactive material transportation. The T-REX began in 1998 with a cooperative agreement between the ATR Institute at the University of New Mexico and the National Transportation Program, U.S. Department of Energy.
In October 2006, a new cooperative agreement was put into effect between ATR Institute and the Office of National Transportation, Office of Civilian Radioactive Waste Management. ATR Institute will continue to operate the T-REX.
