The new year has already begun and we are looking forward to everything which is to come...or even more exciting, what God has prepared for us. The past year was some how especially fulfilling but not without a few „Uff und aba“ , questions about the Future.2007 had actually started on a somber note, that we had the honor of accompanying Rick's mom thru the last days of her long life, even to her last breath on the 10th of January. It was a privilege, because we don't live „just around the corner“. It impressed me (Monika), just how big the cooperation and the mutual support is, in Rick’s family A continuation of this Family-collaboration was experienced by us over the Christmas holidays, which we spent in Bethlehem, from 12.22-29.07. This is the place in Pennsylvania, where the entire family was born and raised. Rick lived there til 1985, then moved with Mom and Dad to California.
