I was born in Boulder Colorado, on August 17, 1986. I grew up for most of my life in Colorado without ever really realizing my love of art. When I was young teachers marveled at my ability to draw with perspective but it never became a passion for me at a young age. I started this web site at the age of 15, I’m currently 18 years old and attending the Savannah College of Art and Design for a degree in industrial design. I hope to design cars in the future with the degree in industrial design though I always plan to keep painting, expanding and improving on my talent. I didn’t start out as a child prodigy like many great artists, I did not actually have any interest in art until I finished the 7th grade and my family and I moved to The Netherlands in Europe. I had an opportunity to view some of the most amazing art ever created. Vermeer, Rembrandt, Van Gogh, I saw all of the Northern Renaissance masterpieces and also many Italian masters as well. Unfortunately for me however I was at an age where I could have cared less about such things. I moved back to the United States at the age of 14 and found an old set of oil paints that had never been used before. Finding this would change my life forever.
