- Bill Rogan and Jeff Andrews first hosted "Artificial Turf" in February of 2003. They first teamed up calling high school football and basketball in Colorado on cable television in the fall of 2000. Andy Cornell was added as a co-host recently as other obligations have limited Jeff's role to isolated hosting assignments and guest appearances.
