- Purchased on net. Delivered when promised. Tried to return the next day because we did not need it. No one would return my call. I had to contact American Express. They called and the company called me right back. The owner was extremely rude to me and then still charged me the re-stocking fee. I paid it to not deal with this company any longer.

- The "Anonymous" customer purchased a item and requested it shipped the next day. We did, they recv'd it and that is not disputed. Prior to company opening 700AM PST, the customer called at 9:10AM EST and left a msg that they wanted to return the item and no longer needed it. Customer wanted all monies returned to card as well as shipping costs, we felt that it was not fair for TWAcomm.com,Inc. to pay for freight when the customer decided to return the item. It is unfortunate that the customer feels this way, but we felt that it was the right thing to do.

Record Shipping Time
- I ordered a telephone for the hearing impaired on Monday, and here it is Wednesday and I received my phone and only paid 6.50 for ground shipping! Now that’s fast service – Thanks Twacomm
