So-So
- While the site does contain a large database of images, the vast majority are not of 'artistic' quality - which suits just fine if you need a feel for the place. Artistic photographs, look elsewhere.
The categorisation of information doesn't lend to a very personal feel for the content. History, description, etc. are presented in gray and light gray boxes and lends to a dreary read. The focus of most of these locations tend to be more for images and not historical content.
The forum is a mixed bag. There is a rookie forum, but be forewarned if you are a newbie and post elsewhere - you will be shot down by many over-zealous users. There is no longer a site suggestion/complaint section as that was deemed "not useful"; the "other" discussion section is also closed off except to "level 3" users.
The forum supports both English and French.

- Please take 'Sherman Cahal's review with a grain of salt: He runs the competing site "abandonedonline.com", and was banned for gross misconduct from this site. Naturally, his opinions are quite negative and mostly uninformed.
