Veronica De Terre's background is in science and biology. Her concern for what is happening in America was the stimulus for her writing AVAM. When she isn't at her computer, she is enjoying her pet cats and gardening. She is solicitous of her solitude and is as private a person as her characters. Veronica was born in Pennsylvania but resides in Texas. She is currently working on the sequel to AVAM: "Another Story".
This book is dedicated to all those who have given their lives to protect this nation and to those whose lives have been forever changed from injuries sustained in serving their country.
It is also dedicated to the families of these brave men and women, for they too have sacrificed much and endured grief and sorrow from losing loved ones.
