Our portfolio includes: off plan developments, 'distress sales', new build and resales in Turkey.
Like the Dervishes themselves, literally the doorway, we aim to help discover that ideal location and entry point to family living. The concept of Whirling Dervishes originates from a ritual of dance in the 13th Century, where priests turned shoulder to shoulder in a rotational manner, reflecting earth moving on its own axis or praying to God. We selected this identity for our Company, in wanting a brand that was consistent with the culture and heritage of the wonderful Country of Turkey.
The picture on the home page and also appearing on some of our corporate literature is that of the 'Nazar' charm. Again, it is an image consistently found in Turkey. The Turkish people are by nature quite superstitious and believe that some bad spirits exist. The Nazar stone, is a lucky charm that is supposed to deflect away bad spirits - for example, from the doorway of a home.
