I firmly believe in that quote, and have always lived by it. Along with being owned by a houseful of domestic animals, I've volunteered with organizations working for wolves, swift foxes and wild cats, as well as the local zoo and bird sanctuary. Being a life long conservationist, it always annoyed me that stores selling wildlife motif products did nothing to help the animals, or educate the public. One sleepless night about 3:00 am the thought suddenly made its way to the surface of my brain - Hey! I can do that! And The Wild Carnivore was born.
