XpressCharts began in 1984 by one emergency physician who realized that much of his day-to-day patient care needs could be handled easily and logically by computer. With no computerized solutions available, he set about creating his own complaint-driven templates. Now 25 years later, XpressCharts is installed in hundreds of hospital emergency departments and urgent care facilities.
