What is CTV? CTV stands for Changeable Tactics Vehicle. The concept was born in the fire house and started with the "UTILITY". As you know the pick up truck is used for everything from scuttling firefighters back and forth at a scene, to running as a RESCUE when your HEAVY is out of service.
