MHHO was created back in March of 1999. Since then, every year it has had a layout change to go with it's anniversary. New content is always being added, while old and unused content is taken away. The web page focuses more on the webmaster's Artwork over the years as well as what she has developed recently. Some of the work is even available for sale through her site.
While the site used to be for Mega Man and the fandom therein, it has turned away to stand alone as an ever-changing art site. The webmaster frequently updates and adds improvements constantly.
