PNC Grow Up Great will advocate in support of public policy initiatives that promote school readiness. It will provide grants to "best-of-class" childhood development organizations and activities. The program will engage employees and customers in 100,000+ volunteer hours each year, and will communicate the importance of school readiness through diverse media outlets. PNC Grow Up Great will provide resources and materials for employees and customers on how to enhance the development of young children, and will harness philanthropic, marketing, volunteer, in-kind and partner resources to reach the $100 million goal.
