ปัจจุบันหุ้นของธนาคารได้กลับเข้าทำการซื้อขายในตลาดหลักทรัพย์ เมื่อวันที่ 1 ธันวาคม 2546 ด้วย free-float เท่ากับ 17.5% และเพิ่มขึ้นเป็น 52.5% หลังจากผู้ถือใบสำคัญแสดงสิทธิตราสารอนุพันธ์ (SCIB-C1) ใช้สิทธิแปลงสภาพเป็นหุ้นสามัญ ทำให้ธนาคารเปลี่ยนสถานะเป็นธนาคารเอกชน ตั้งแต่ 25 พฤศจิกายน 2547 โดย ณ สิ้นปี 2548 หุ้นของธนาคารมีมูลค่าตลาดเท่ากับ 51,341 ล้านบาท
