HSH® Associates, Financial Publishers, is the nation's largest publisher of mortgage and consumer loan information. Our 25 years of nonstop service has earned a reputation as the best source for current and accurate loan information -- as witness our frequent media appearances.
HSH is an objective, independent source of information. We do not make or broker mortgages, and we're not beholden to any lender.
Our Editorial Survey
Every week, as we have for over two decades, we collect current data from 2,000 mortgage lenders coast to coast. Every institution in our database is contacted directly, branch by branch, to obtain reliable data. Rigorous quality control procedures ensure that the data are believable.
Products and Services
HSH collects current, street-level information on first mortgages, second mortgages, home equity LOCs and home equity loans, auto loans, and other products by requests. We conduct regular surveys of closing costs and ancillary feels.
Our Lender Showcase advertising venues (A paper, BCD, commercial, construction, and other loan types) allow lenders to advertise their 'best' products and receive queries directly from consumers. Unlike mortgage malls and lead aggregators, leads are sent only to the lender designated by the consumer; they are not resold. HSH is unique in this regard.
HSH also tracks and distributes indexes used for Adjustable Rate Mortgages, and markets daily reports to servicers, lenders, and other audiences.
