JENNY`S CATERING INSTITUTE (JCI) is a learning institute where student’s dreams come true. JCI courses combine the best West African traditions with the most rational thinking opinions in modern hospitality industries. The programme's objective is to equip students with the skills necessary for higher level management in the hospitality industry by focusing on subjects that relate to the internationalisation of hotel and hospitality companies. A glass of beer is not just a glass of beer. It is the product of a tiring process that requires beer culture expertise, viniculture and others. Thus, the ”Caterlogists or Culinalogist” administer products from other industries.

Caterers supply food and work with a restaurant or café to provide special menus and food items. After completion of JCI, official training program at the Institute, students gain specialized knowledge and are successful in the field of catering as well as in various functions and events. Students usually work for hotels and restaurants, others run their own catering company and offer services to various clients.
