Stork Craft, based in British Columbia, manufactures four furniture lines: Stork Craft Furniture for infants and children, Ragazzi Fine Furniture, Status Commercial Furniture and Canwood Furniture.
The 67-year-old company has grown in recent years, moving its manufacturing operations offshore and acquiring its Ragazzi, Canwood and Status furniture lines.
Crib Recall: Call Stork Craft toll-free at 1-877-274-0277
Canadian manufacturer Stork Craft Manufacturing Inc. and the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission announced the recall of 2.1 million baby cribs on November 23, 2009. It's the biggest-ever recall of cribs in the United States.
The Consumer Product Safety Commission and Stork Craft say that parents and children's caretakers should stop using the recalled cribs immediately. Stork Craft is sending out free repair kits for the cribs. To receive a free repair kit, call Stork Craft toll-free at 1-877-274-0277. Parents should not try to repair the cribs themselves.

- Complete shipping information
All of this information can be found on the bottom right corner of the mattress baseboard, under the mattress.

The recall was triggered by reports that the drop-side crib has trapped at least 15 babies and children. Four babies have died of suffocation.
The cribs covered by the recall were made between January 1993 and October 2009, and were sold at major U.S. and Canadian retail stores, including Sears and Wal-Mart. The cribs were also sold online at Target and Costco. About 147,000 of the cribs carry the Fisher-Price brand. About 1.2 million of the cribs were sold in the United States, and nearly 1 million in Canada.
