Jazz Collector is a place for those who love jazz and treasure the history, archives, ephemera and, most of all, the music. Our goal is to create a community for jazz collectors, where we can all go for information and where we can find others who share our passion and enthusiasm. We want this to be a fun place.
We come to you in two forms: this website and our monthly newsletter. The newsletter delivers articles and commentary on the latest trends in the market. We'll have news and notes from the collector community and pass along details on ongoing eBay auctions and events. And we also will play a little tune with music clips from vintage recordings from our favorite artists. Sign up for the newsletter by clicking here.
The best feature of the website is our database of current pricing in the vinyl market. We monitor price activity on eBay, which represents the best public market and indicator of real pricing patterns. Our database is as accurate and up-to-date as any price guide out there. We have pricing going back to April 2004 so we cover a wide range of time. Never buy a vintage jazz record again without first consulting the Jazz Collector Price Guide database.
