Andrew Curtiss is a professional Mixed Martial Arts athlete and Author of Combat Application Techniques:Principles Of Destruction. Andrew is a former Green Beret who served in The Global War On Terror; in the 3rd Special Forces Group at Fort Bragg North Carolina. He was nominated for the Silver Star in combat and was awarded the Bronze Star with a "V" Device for valor in combat. He has held the title of American Independent Karate Association (A.I.K.A.) Men's National Black Belt Champion. He was ranked runner up as an amateur in 1995 World Amateur Kickboxing Championships held at Rochester Intsitute Of Technology in Rochester New York. Andrew holds 2nd Degree Blackbelts in Moo-Duk-Kwan Tae-Kwan-Do and in Shurite Kenpo. He studied Shurite Kenpo under the late Master Stan Hart(Founder of Hakuda and Hakushu). Andrew also owns the Dark Knight Protective Agency and Academy http:www.darkknightprotective.zoomshare.com, which he started in April, 2006. His company specializes in Fugitive Recovery, Surveillance and Tactical Training.
