About me
Hello, my name is Jonathan W. Kopetchny. I'm co-founder of The Evolution of Thought Institute. I'm currently attending college to further my education and to increase my knowledge in this ever changing world. I hope that after I complete my Associate degree at Corning Community College, I will be accepted at Cornell University. My education has been put on hold due to the growth of my beautiful daughter. She just started the 5th grade and it is wonderful to watch her in her pursuit of intellect herself. I reside in the Southern Tier of New York; I find the area very diverse and great for the eye.
The Evolution of Thought Institute
Co-founder Bryan Daugherty and I started the Institute in order to provide a think tank with a universal feel. We both liked the idea of having others from around the world communicate their thoughts and opinions on a wide array of topics. Currently we are focusing on a project for community revival. The Mending the Elmira Syndrome Endeavor is a collabrative effort brought about by watching first hand the demise of many great small cities. If we as the citizens of these areas can come together and help set up the structure for a productive change in our envirnment, then this format, that is currently being developed; will aid in the solutions to the problems in many regions.
